12 Haziran 1952 - FİKİR İŞÇİLERİ KANUNU KABUL EDİLDİ
Bu Kanun hükümleri Türkiye'de yayınlanan gazete ve mevkutelerle haber ve fotoğraf ajanslarında her türlü fikir ve sanat işlerinde çalışan ve İş Kanunundaki "işçi" tarifi şümulü haricinde kalan kimselerle bunların işverenleri hakkında uygulanır. Bu Kanunun şümulüne giren fikir ve sanat işlerinde ücret karşılığı çalışanlara gazeteci denir.
